Membership and Access: Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. All members must provide valid identification and complete a registration form. Access cards are non-transferable and must be returned upon termination. The Work Collective reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion, with a 14-day written notice.

Use of Space: Members agree to use the facilities in a professional manner, respecting other members and staff. No illegal activities, excessive noise, or conduct that disrupts the community is permitted. Each member is responsible for their own property and data security. The Work Collective is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including logos, text, and imagery, is owned by The Work Collective or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, The Work Collective's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
